Cancellation fee of 1 night’s accommodation will be forfeited if booking is cancelled within 24 hours of check in for any Superior King, Twin Rooms, Family Suites or Superior King Suites.

Cancellation fee of 1 night’s accommodation will be forfeited if booking is cancelled within 72 hrs of check in for any 1 or 2 Bedroom Apartments.

Cancellation fee of 1 night’s accommodation will be forfeited if booking is cancelled within 7 days of check in for any 3 or 4 Bedroom Apartments.

All bookings require credit card details at time of booking or deposit to be received within 14 days of check in. A credit card authorisation will be asked for at time of check in.

The name on this card must match the name of the booking.

A security deposit is required from all apartments upon check in.

The security deposit is used to cover the incidental items such as telephone calls, internet, mini-bar, any damages or breakages during your stay & any excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.

The amount authorised for a 1 Bedroom Apartment is $100.00 & the amount authorised for a 2 Bedroom Apartment is $200.00. This may take up to 10 days to be cleared from your bank account.

Pets and smoking in rooms are not allowed.
